Keith and Mark met while working as agents for a regional real estate company. The guys were regularly reaching top sales goals and quickly became friends. Realizing they all had similar views on client relationships and strong negotiating skills, they decided to team up to offer clients another level of service when it comes to selling their house or buying a new home.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee to a property appraiser, Keith Boykin has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes.
Keith epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and his knowledge of the Middle Tennessee area is a huge asset to his clients. Keith was an appraiser trainee which has given him the ability to accurately assess the value of the homes he helps to sell and purchase.
With over 20 years customer service experience, he uses his experience, training, and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He works with the banks, appraisers, and inspectors to keep the lines of communication open in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. Keith has cultivated strong contacts within the real estate community to ensure his clients have the best experience buying or selling their homes.
Keith is a family man with a devotion to his wife Michelle, and two boys Brendan & Brayden. He is a huge Florida Gators fan and during football season you will often see him around town sporting his orange and blue. He loves to work in the community he grew up in and he would jump at the opportunity to put his experience to work for you!
Originating from North Carolina, Mark has called Lebanon, TN home for more than 20 years. He loves the seasonal changes and the close community feel of this city in Middle Tennessee.
Mark has been musical for most of his life and most recently played drums for touring country music artists, though he has been playing professionally since 1996. He still plays drums, percussion, and does backing vocals for some artists in Nashville.
Mark has always been known for his honesty and punctuality. With his clients, he can also be counted on for his directness and his diligence in his work.
Mark ventured into real estate when trying to fill in time on the road and ended up falling in love with the career, He really enjoyed the feeling of helping someone find a home they love, and he proved to negotiate well in a competitive market. When COVID hit in 2020 and almost everything shut down, Mark decided to pursue a full-time career in real estate.
When it comes to real estate, Mark wants to make everything simple for his buyers and sellers. He keeps his clients updated all along the way to avoid stress and anxiety. There's nothing quite like the excitement and anticipation that comes with buying a home and Mark works to make it all happen as seamlessly as possible.
